A runstreak is when you run at least one mile (1.6 km) every day. No exceptions.
You don’t have to run fast, as long as you run. You don’t have to run a marathon, one mile is enough. You can of course run longer than a mile, but not shorter. By exercising every day, you will feel better and more energetic. If you run or do some other exercise a couple of times a week, it´s easy to postpone the training and think “I will do it later”, especially if the weather is bad or you are feeling a bit under the weather. By running everyday you don’t need to think about it.
